General Membership Meeting September 26th 7pm-8:30pm
The PTSA hosts four general membership meetings a year and we’d love to have you join in person or via Zoom. These meetings are a great opportunity to interact with other parents and staff, stay informed about all the PTSA programs and events, and find out about volunteer opportunities throughout the year. It’s important to have good attendance at these meetings so we can vote on key budget issues and elected board and chairperson positions as needed.
Our very first Membership Meeting of the year will be held in the Endeavour Library on Tuesday, September 26th 7pm-8:30pm. This meeting is critical to the success of all our PTSA Programs, events, and volunteer opportunities. *Please note we must meet the attendance quorum in order to vote on these critical subjects.
Action is expected on voting in the final 23/24 budget (a draft was accepted in the Spring)
Action is expected on voting for our new PTSA Treasurer: "The 2023-2024 Endeavour Elementary School PTSA nominating committee places the following name in nomination for the office of Treasurer, Jennifer Jones"
Action is expected to vote on our Standards of Conduct and Mission Statement
